The spot was ideal—just three blocks from the beach, with a large private parking lot, good breakfast, and a roomy, comfortable bedroom. The bathroom shower was tiny, I only stayed one night and breakfast was offered as an optional buffet with several drink choices, and the nearby parking lot that serves noisy party buses made the surrounding rooms a bit loud at night.

The breakfast at Zaperoco was the best part, the staff were very friendly and the selection varied. The parking is excellent. Everything else was terrible: the location is awful, constant noise prevents sleeping, rooms are incredibly small and overpriced, barely enough room for the bed and bathroom. Service is mediocre except for Rocío. They wouldn’t let us store our luggage (even when we said we’d pay) and were unfriendly about returning the room and keys. The price is disappointing; we found better hotels in Santa Marta for that money, so it’s shocking that this place has such a high rating. Very deficient. I definitely won’t stay here again.

The staff were kind and the location is great. Parking could be improved since it’s open and vehicles get wet in rain.

The hotel's facilities were impressive and the location was ideal, making for a fantastic stay. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained and the surrounding area was easily accessible. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations with its excellent location and good facilities.
