The only good thing was that the room was very large and looked almost “naked.” The furniture was more spartan than stylish, which didn’t match a “Spa & Lounge” hotel. The nearby sports center didn’t add any value. After a brief visit on the first evening, I didn’t return to the sports center because it was all too grimy. I stayed in room 305, a very big room with kitschy design, like silver walls, which felt more like a workers’ lodge with work clothes and shoes. The floor was dirty, so I had it swept the next day; the cleaning fluid left a stale smell that lingered all night, so I had to keep the window open. The towels were thin and small, not spa‑hotel quality. A sign on the door said “needs cleaning,” and the receptionist, a 22‑year‑old, said that’s normal. She seemed inexperienced. The hotel I usually stay at would tidy my room daily without a sign. The bed frame was a disaster, and the mattress was 1.80 m long by 2.00 m wide—odd dimensions for a 1.63 m tall person, making the bed feel too long. I considered switching hotels but had already paid.

Everything met our satisfaction; the room was well equipped for our needs (a 3‑year‑old child) and the breakfast and large space were also good, providing everything needed for breakfast, parking was ample, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so overall we were satisfied, though bathroom cleanliness still needs improvement.
