“Magnifique semaine.”

The spot facing the ocean is beautiful (just cross the road). The pool is gorgeous. Food was tasty and varied. New and old buildings sit in a lovely wooded park. The staff were very friendly, smiling and efficient.

“Práctico para los niños”

The highlight is the well‑organized El Club enfant, with friendly and vigilant animators. Hotel staff were pleasant and attentive, and the location is gorgeous. However, the facilities are generally old. The rooms are tiny and dim, with very uncomfortable beds that we had to change after two days. Rooms weren’t cleaned, and the buffet was basic.

Everything – the location and the welcome – was perfect.

Breakfast was okay, but dinner was often unsatisfying, especially the pancake night with lots of frozen foods. The accommodation only had two small terraces at the front and back, no garden chairs, and the space was cramped. We stayed for 15 days amid constant noise from bulldozers and cranes because the site was under construction. We went to the pool but left quickly because it was surrounded by equipment and construction dust. The room was near the machinery, so we asked for a change, but the manager (Fiona) who handled room assignments didn’t help; I also mentioned it to a manager named Julia (or Julie). Overall, the staff were friendly, especially animators Julien and Marlon, with whom I joined nature walks. I will never return to Bélambra Guidel, and many other vacationers complained.
