The pool, hot tub, and seating area were cozy and beautiful, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, but the pool temperature could have been warmer, and the outdoor patio dining chairs were too small and uncomfortable.

I’m in my 70s with occasional back and knee pain, so the stairs inside were a real hurdle; I had to leave early because climbing up to the 3rd floor was just too uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was great.

We booked a dog‑friendly room months ahead, but they assigned us to one of the two rooms that required climbing gridded steps, which hurt our dog, and they couldn’t move us to another room.
