The location. I flew to Amsterdam for an important exam and needed peace. I couldn’t sleep all night because of high‑heeled shoes, noise, and the constant visits of guests in the room above mine who apparently engaged in nighttime activities. I paid to be able to sleep, but I couldn’t rest and the hotel offered me no solution.

The best thing is the location, it’s very close to the central station. The staff were very friendly, and they let us leave our luggage an hour after check‑out. It’s not a luxury hotel, but you get good rest; after a day exploring the city, that’s what you want—a place to sleep.

The guy who looked after the place was very friendly, and the receptionist was also nice. The location is perfect. The mattresses were extremely thin, uncomfortable, and dirty. Towels were never changed. There weren’t enough outlets to plug in chargers and other devices.

Excellent hotel in terms of location and staff; it was a wonderful visit with my friend. The shower on the top floor needs maintenance.
