“Pesimo”
The room I was given was absolutely filthy. The second room they offered was even worse, with cracked mattresses, blood‑stained sheets, and overall dirt. Terrible.
The sink wasn’t cleaned and was very dusty.

I was supposed to pay at the hotel, but I wanted to use a different card; the young man told me it had already been charged automatically. When I asked for an invoice, he said only the app could issue one, and the app claimed only the hotel could. I was assigned a room on the second floor near the back entrance close to the parking lot, but it was full of trash and dead insects. Inside, there was a lot of dirt and the beds creaked. I requested a room change; it was slightly better, but when I looked out the window the mosquito nets were torn and hanging. The app listed breakfast as included, yet they only served coffee. A bad experience.
