The price is good and the rooms are clean, but the room stayed hot even after we lowered the thermostat, and the front‑desk clerk took a long time to check us in because she didn’t know how to honor a LOD reservation.

The location is great, yet I was annoyed that I had to put down a $500 damage deposit even though I’ve stayed here many times, that cleaning staff entered my room while I had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, and that my card didn’t work for laundry access.

The room was clean with a nice setup and good TV, but the bed felt a bit firm.

There are no other breakfast options, and the breakfast area is too small to accommodate guests.
