“Enttäuschend”

The manager was nice and the breakfast and bed were good, but the hotel’s location in a commercial area on a heavily trafficked street made the rooms facing forward and to the side noisy, our room was also dark, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the garden mentioned in previous reviews was not usable for guests.

“Mixed really but be positive about how helpful owner was.”

The owner was very helpful; when I told him my bed was broken he fixed it, but we were under the impression he would organize a tour for us, and after a misunderstanding he only recommended a place to visit.

It’s a great little hotel in the private sector; the owner was very kind, offering a choice of rooms and parking, the rooms were clean with good beds, the hotel has a courtyard where you can spend a nice evening, and the host told us about places to dine, where to go, and where to buy souvenirs.

“Не очень”

The breakfast was very sparse, and when I asked to diversify it I received no answer; the shower pressure was weak and the towel had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast needs improvement, and you should check other hotels in Samarkand and Tashkent.

The guy at reception was very friendly and polite, and he gave us good suggestions for places to walk and dine; the breakfasts were normal and prepared quickly. However, the booking site listed three hotels, I chose the one with higher prices expecting better condition, but it seemed standard: the bedding on the second bed wasn’t fresh, there were hairs on the pillowcase, and in the shower the curtain left dirt falling. Cleaning needs attention.
