The place was very clean and comfortable, but the pool offered no shade and the staff were unhelpful, telling you to go down wherever you wanted; the service was poor, they wouldn’t let you check in or out even ten minutes early or late and the receptionist was constantly in a bad mood. Despite the terrible service, the cleanliness and comfort were notable.

Avoid this place entirely! The pictures mislead you – the big pool is actually a jacuzzi and the rooms are tiny. For what you pay, you should look elsewhere; the staff are completely unfriendly.

A great option to visit Puerto Escondido, with a good location and facilities, but it would be even better if they offered a café or bar with food and drinks.

The facilities are excellent, but for hygiene reasons a shower near the pool would be nice since people swim in sweaty water; otherwise everything is great. The staff are not very attentive and the hospitality feels a bit unfriendly, and we even lost a gold ring at the hotel – a shame.
