“Despite the firmness of the bed, I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.”
I liked the spot, breakfast, and the exercise room, but the bed was too firm and I’d prefer a softer mattress.

The hotel looked rundown and the hallway floors were dirty; the staff were unfriendly and almost confrontational about everything. The room itself was clean and adequate, and I was glad we only stayed one night.

When I booked, the listing said you could pay with Affirm, but when I arrived that payment method was not accepted, forcing me to use another form of payment I had expected to use. I had called beforehand and was told I could check in at 2:30 pm. The desk assistant on duty on 8/7/26 was rude; although it was only 3 minutes before 3 pm, she never looked up from her computer until I addressed her. She told me to “sit down,” and as a 75‑year‑old I had never been spoken to so rudely. Why does your post show Affirm Visa but you wouldn’t accept it? Thank you.
