The hotel is beautiful and well situated, and the staff are charming and very informative. There’s only one outlet in the room, which is disappointing for a 4‑star place these days, and a kettle would have been a welcome addition.

The facilities felt a little dated but were well‑maintained and comfortable, and the corner room was bright and spacious; the staff were friendly and handled everything politely. Being just a short walk from the station made taxi and subway connections incredibly convenient. The only drawback was the toilet flush echoing loudly.

We loved our time at Hotel Bristol; the spot is ideal for anyone arriving or departing Milan by train, literally across the square and a minute’s walk to the station, which is a huge help when you have luggage. Our room was wonderful—cozy, with a gorgeous view and a huge balcony that pleasantly surprised us. The team was outstanding, all very courteous, helpful and eager to assist, especially one receptionist who spoke Portuguese flawlessly, gave us great tips about Milan and was a real lifesaver. All in all, the comfy room, massive balcony, lovely view, superb service and super‑convenient location made it a perfect choice for train travelers with bags, and I’d definitely stay again.
