I received no refund, couldn’t call the platform while abroad, and couldn’t find a way to email about a fake listing. Use Airbnb for anything in Bali; it’s more reliable than sites like Booking. This was an extreme hassle trying to secure another place at the last minute.

They denied our reservation, took the money, and told us to sort it with the platform. Horrific experience, essentially a scam.

The proximity to Sevaya was convenient, but do not book this property because the owner no longer has access to the account. We risked it despite previous reviews about the situation and spent almost an hour trying to find someone there to confirm our reservation. Eventually the owner advised us to request a refund because no rooms were available. She tried to offer us another room at a different Airbnb location, but it wasn’t advantageous due to the distance.
