The apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean. However, the staff during breakfast didn’t understand anything, and there was no reply to a message about breakfast. After the complaint, the response was “why didn’t you call?”

Everything was excellent: the apartment was beautiful, clean, the location was great, the pool was used, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

The room’s cleanliness is top‑level and the comfort is commendable. The facilities are great and provide everything needed for a proper break. Special praise goes to the staff, who are extremely courteous, professional, and always available. The biggest flaw is the distance of the SPA and wellness facilities from the hotel itself—getting there by car requires extra parking fees. The hotel does not offer dinner, and the overall impression is that many things are charged later. Guests need much better information before arrival.

The place is modern and clean, offers parking, and the breakfast is solid. The team is friendly and very helpful, and the pool is enjoyable. The downside is that you have to drive to reach the pool and pay about 10 euros for parking.
