The location was a real highlight - surrounded by a forest, the air was fresh and it felt like I was a world away from the hustle and bustle. The separate cottage was a lovely touch, making me feel like I was at home. The kitchen was massive, with plenty of pots and pans to cook up a storm. However, the cleanliness of the place was a letdown - cobwebs were understandable given the forest surroundings, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the center of the village and opposite the Shayanskaya 2 mineral water factory. You can get a 1-liter water from the tap for 2 hryvnia or buy bottled water for 12 hryvnia per 1.5 liters. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable veranda perfect for evening gatherings. The house is big enough for five people, with a fold-out sofa on the first floor and two double beds on the second.

“Поменять матрасы на кроватях”

The concept of this place is really cool, but unfortunately, it's let down by some major issues. The beds are ridiculously creaky, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The whole building seems to be made of creaky materials, and it's like the entire structure is shifting under your feet. To top it off, there's construction going on right next door, so you can expect a constant background noise.

The location of this place is seriously great - it's right in the heart of things. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The restaurant on site serves up some amazing authentic Zakarpattia cuisine, and there's even a water fountain right across the street. The only downside is that our wooden cottage creaks a bit when you walk on the floorboards, go up the stairs, or open the doors - but it's not a big deal.
