The location is great in central Lille, but the rooms feel old, poorly maintained, and only lightly cleaned, with warning stickers everywhere. The in‑room coffee comes as a bag of powder, which is unacceptable when I just paid €340 for one night. The bathroom is also badly kept, making the price‑quality ratio completely off.
