The main plus of the stay was the location, in the city centre, with access to many points of interest and close to the bus station, which makes getting around very easy, especially during the day. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating regarding the structure and hygiene conditions. The rooms had excessive mold and a strong smell, making the environment unpleasant. We also lacked basic items such as sheets, pillows, and bath towels. The bathroom also fell short in terms of structure and maintenance. Another worrying issue was the water quality, which had a metallic taste and a yellow‑brown colour, causing discomfort and insecurity about its use. The overall cleanliness of the premises also needs significant improvement. Additionally, for those who want to enjoy the city at night, walk or go to the beach, the area seems quite deserted at certain times, which can create a sense of insecurity. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet expectations. Despite the functional location, the lack of proper structure, hygiene problems, and the conditions presented significantly compromised the experience. I hope these points are reviewed, as they are basic aspects for providing comfort, safety and a satisfactory stay for guests.
