The hotel was a few miles from where we needed to be the next morning, but the ice machines were broken, ants swarmed the nightstand and TV table, no drinks or food were in the room, the TV didn’t work, the front desk had to troubleshoot, and someone had already messed up the HDMI cable.

The property was convenient for my purposes in the area. However, a strong bad smell greeted me at the reception, the desk was always empty so no one answered questions, and the room was very damp.

The vicinity. I had booked one room for my Uncle and Aunt and the 2nd room for my Cousin. We had a death in the family and they were there for the funeral. I myself have stayed there on several occasions. They said nothing was working and the food was really bad. There exactly words were “it was horrible”. I embarrassed as I had booked this for them as they were not familiar with the area

The location is convenient, parking is easy, breakfast is nice, and the bed and bedding are comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hallway was stuffy and had a smell, the phone to call the front desk didn’t work, and the TV was outdated.
