The Hoxton looks amazing and is thoughtfully designed, from the buildings and courtyard to the rooms. I appreciated the colour scheme, interior design, and the artsy room keys that really added to our experience. Each room comes with a Bluetooth speaker and a TV that supports Chromecast. The bed was gorgeous and super comfortable. The bathroom featured a large shower and was spotless. The outdoor bar and lounge were perfect spots to relax with a drink after a day of exploring Florence. The staff were friendly and took the time to ask about our travel plans during check‑in, offering suggestions for places to visit in Florence or where we had just come from. Both check‑in and check‑out were smooth and quick. The hotel is a 5‑minute walk from the tram, about a 15‑20‑minute walk to nice cafés and restaurants, a 5‑minute tram ride to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, a 10‑minute walk to a bus stop, and roughly a 20‑minute bus ride to the centre of Florence. They also offer free bikes for guests. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms and staff were lovely, and the location is great. There's good buzz about the place and a fantastic terrace.

The location and outdoor space are positives. The room was too small, had no wardrobe, and was dusty. It’s unbelievable that we were charged 13 € for a single pancake even though we paid for breakfast.

Hoxtons are excellent properties, and Florence is no exception. The room, bathroom, and bed with pillows were beautiful. It’s a walk to the main part of the city, but the hotel itself is a destination. The restaurant is lovely, the staff helpful, and every detail is considered. I love staying at these hotels. Nothing to add.
