Comfortable, easy access. They include breakfast, and I invited the staff to try it; it’s terribly bland, the eggs are awful, the grapefruit water is impossible to drink, the chilaquiles are rubbery, and the toast has no butter. If they offer a breakfast service, a little extra effort would help.

The breakfast is very good. We asked for an extra chair and they didn’t give it.

Easy access and comfortable. The power went out for about two hours, and I had to descend the emergency stairs carrying my luggage from the 7th floor.
