My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues that left a sour taste in my mouth. Although I had high hopes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, I was let down by the subpar amenities. The toilet in my room was out of order, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water available, forcing me to make do with a limited water supply. To top it all off, I felt that the hotel was overpriced considering the lack of basic facilities.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a booking address different from the actual location of my room, which was about 1.5 kilometers away. I had a truly disastrous experience at this hotel. Despite booking in advance, I was given a non-air-conditioned room, which was a major letdown. The staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue, and when I called to complain, I was told that I would be contacted back, but no one ever called. To make matters worse, I was promised an air-conditioned room the next day, but it never materialized, and I ended up having to leave the property early.

I spent three fantastic days at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the excellent cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and I truly enjoyed my time here.
