The nearby restaurants offered a variety of options, but I disliked everything else: the staff was never available, even when the posted schedules promised otherwise. I tried to check out at 11 am, waited over 20 minutes with other guests for an agent, left without getting my deposit back, and the room and elevator were infested with roaches. I stayed a week and received only two sets of washcloths and a bar of soap—what a shock. The room door wasn’t secure; the lock barely held. The smoke alarm batteries died and the chirping started at 2 am, and no one helped me, so I removed the batteries and left the alarm on the table. The guest laundry room had many machines, but most were non‑functional. Poor management is to blame.
