The location and environment were fine. Unfortunately, there were no lights on the passage of the first floor, which caused one of us to miss a step and get injured. The shower door was broken, there was no water in the shower, and the carpet in one of our rooms was very dirty. Please address these issues for the sake of business growth and quality service. The staff were nice, friendly, and easy to get along with.

The accommodation was in a nice area compared to the surroundings. However, the carpet was dirty, the shower was dirty and cramped, the bath tap was broken, the basin tap was broken, the ceiling fan was dirty, the curtains were dirty, there was no lighting outside on the corridor, and I tripped on the steps.

It is in a secured area. Unfortunately, there were bed bugs and the shower had an old used condom on the floor, and the towels were atrocious. For the amount of money that I spent I’m utterly disappointed.

I appreciate the friendly environment and the staff’s helpfulness. The linen and overall environment were clean. The only downside was the beef curry.
