The location was good and the beds were comfy, rooms looked nice overall, but the check‑in staff at the café were not welcoming, the toilet seat was broken, the floor had sand and wasn’t cleaned properly, a gurgling drain in the toilet was annoying, the bathroom light switch was hard to find, and the price was 2700 THB per night compared with 3000 THB at the U Pattaya Hotel next door, which is much better maintained; Sea of Love needs a paint job.

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road can be a bit of a nuisance, but it's not enough to detract from the overall experience.

I'm not sure what I was expecting for 4,000 baht a night, but what I got was a pretty basic room with no coffee packs or even a coffee machine. And to make matters worse, the restaurant doesn't open until 10 am, so you're stuck without a cup of coffee until then. It's a bit of a rip-off, if you ask me.

The beach chairs and tables in the cafe are a bit worn out, and the food prices are a bit steep. But hey, at least the location is nice, right?
