The room was stunning, with a beautiful view and a very comfy bed. Christina and Sven were warm and helpful, giving us local tips and even booking reservations for us. Breakfast was excellent, and the interior design and style were executed very well.

Casa Maria Rosa sits in a gorgeous, open setting on the edge of Agliano Terme, offering stunning views over the Piedmont hills, and on some evenings even up to Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn. The large, lovingly decorated room overlooks two sides. The pool provided a welcome refreshment on hot days, as we experienced. Christina and Svein’s hospitality was overwhelming and a key part of feeling at home in the Casa. Breakfast was wonderfully hearty, featuring Svein’s homemade jams, good bread, crispbread, fruit, scrambled eggs with fresh chives, Piedmontese sausage and ham, Gorgonzola, and other cheeses. The bus connections to and from Agliano Terme were lacking—no bus ran on Sundays. Svein drove us to Asti, otherwise we would not have been able to leave on Sunday.

The B&B was very pleasant, and we were warmly received. The room was comfortable, the surroundings were well arranged, and the breakfast was excellent with homemade products. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect :)

The owners were very welcoming, kind and helpful, and you can see they pay attention to uncommon details—everything was clean and tidy, and they even separate waste. When we arrived they prepared a great aperitif with samples of cured meats, cheeses, and a good bottle of wine. The room was very clean, well furnished, and had all the comforts (hair dryer, air conditioning, mosquito nets, spacious wardrobe, etc.). The pool is very calm, overlooking the valley and surrounding hills, and the towels for the pool are in the room. Breakfast is excellent, with everything you need. The only downside is that there aren’t enough parking spaces on the property; you can park about 100 m down the slope in a private area that is always owned by the B&B. The bathroom also lacks a mosquito net.
