“El peor hostal en el que he estado. Sucio, inseguro y mal trato”

La ubicacion. Llegué con mi pareja a hacer el check-in a eso de las 20h y una vez nos cobraron nos dijeron que la habitacion prometida en booking (cama doble, privada, aire acondicionado, vistas a la ciudad, etc) no estaba disponible y que teniamos que quedarnos en otra, por el mimso precio. Nos pusieron en una con dos camas individuales (una inutilizable porque estaba rota y sujetada por una maceta), sabanas sucias, piso sucio, paredes llenas de moho, sin ventilacion y sin poder cerrar la puerta con llave, dandonos como unica opcion que movamos el “armario” para tapar la puerta y que no entre nadie. Traté de llegar a algún acuerdo con ellos por el trato nefasto o que me compensaran de alguna forma y me han ignorado

Staff treated me well and were quick to answer questions. The guest mix leaned heavily toward travelers from other countries rather than locals, which gave the hostel a global feel. It was nice to meet people from all over.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. I also liked that most of the other travelers were from abroad, giving the place an international vibe. It felt like a small community of backpackers.
