The central spot tucked into a lane off the promenade is great, though the traffic of cars and motorcycles is a bit much. The owner is incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. The Italian breakfast is solid and the coffee is delicious. The room in the historic building looks nice and the air‑conditioning works well, though it can buzz loudly from time to time, probably amplified by the wooden beams. The on‑site restaurant is a real gem—every dish tastes good. Prices match the location, and making a reservation is essential to secure a spot. The beach is right outside the door, but in peak season it gets as crowded as expected. We spent the day exploring and then headed back to swim after the crowds had thinned. For a pleasant stay in the area, we highly recommend Sole Nero. The bathroom is tiny, and the rubber seals around the shower are worn. The small cabinet under the sink has swollen from moisture; a new one would be inexpensive. The corners of the bathroom could use a deeper clean. There’s a clothesline in front of the bathroom window, but hanging laundry there requires acrobatics. No line is available in front of the room window, even though space would allow it. A clothes‑drying rack is provided in the room, but wet clothes can cause the laminate floor to swell. The central location brings some noise; if you like sleeping with the window open, the owner offers earplugs.

Die zentrale Lage zum Meer & die Klimaanlage. Es gibt keine Möglichkeiten zum Gepäck abladen aus dem Auto, Parkplätze vor Ort gibt es keine. Es sind bergauf ca. 800 m 2 winzig Parkplätze mit äußerst wenig Parkplätzen. Es kann mit viel Glück irgendwann mal einer ergattert werden
