The location is wonderful if you want to be central. There are many small shops and restaurants nearby, and a nice little café in the entrance area. The hotel is in the middle of a hutong, which adds to its charm. The rooms are small and functional, but they have everything you need and fit the hutong vibe. The Chinese address was absolutely essential, because taxis cannot understand the Latin‑script address.

The spot was great for supermarkets and the place was very clean, everything else was fine.

The location was amazing, couldn’t be better, and the value for money was solid. The beds were comfy and the AC worked well, though the room had a slight smoky smell and overall it was pretty basic, which was expected.

The hotel sat close to many sights we wanted to visit, the staff were welcoming and we felt very safe, but the room was tiny and the noisy air‑con made sleep a bit restless.
