The place looked tidy, but we were two straight men who found the property at the last minute and knew the price. We rang the bell hoping to book directly, but were told via the Ring doorbell to use a booking service. Between that conversation and calling the room, the price jumped about 50 €; we still booked a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. When we asked the web app for sofa bed linens, they said they’re only for parties of three and the queen bed was enough for two. They offered another room, which we declined. We asked to speak to a representative or meet in person, but that was refused. By 18:30 we were offered a free cancellation, which we reluctantly accepted. Bizarre.
