Beautifully located within the Ruime nature reserve, the rooms are spacious and the buffet is excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the surrounding nature during the excursions is stunning. I had hoped to see more wildlife on the hikes, though.

A perfect escape from the city, tucked right in the middle of a rainforest. The lodge offers activities that pull you deeper into nature—trekking, kayaking, and more for the adventure seekers. They even arranged vegetarian meals to match my family's dietary needs. The only downside was the lack of Wi‑Fi in the room, but that actually helped us unplug and enjoy a phone detox.

The cabins are truly lovely, with panoramic views of the wilderness. Walking into your bathroom in the morning, surrounded by the sounds of the rainforest, is a delight. The park feels much less touristy than Taman Negara, and everything remains fairly small‑scale. We did encounter a very noisy gecko in our room; the front desk assured us three times that they had removed it, yet it stayed in the same spot. The guides are students working part‑time and unfortunately can’t share much information.

A unique location in the rainforest, from the accommodation’s balcony you can see the river, very quiet, helpful staff, and the food selection was very good. There is no fridge in the room, and all tours were pre‑arranged; an individual booking to suit preferences unfortunately wasn’t possible.

The location is wonderful, the facilities great, the staff consistently nice, and the food is excellent. We felt completely at ease and would recommend spending a few days there and booking the fantastic tours or activities. The guides are all competent and convey their knowledge in a charming way. For kids there are plenty of play options with a large trampoline, billiard table, and available board games. Nothing disappointed us. There was nothing to criticize. On the departure day we even received a food package because we couldn’t attend breakfast for time reasons. We’re thrilled and would book again and again. THANK YOU!
