I had a terrible experience; the rudeness was huge. The reception staff were the worst I've encountered in a decade of staying at the same hotel, and everyone behaved astonishingly poorly. They refused to let me check in, claiming it was a family hotel, even though I was a loyal customer for 10 years; no one mentioned this policy, not even on the website. I had booked a month in advance and no one called or messaged me to warn me.

The place was quiet and the beach view was great. However, the furniture was old and the curtains were also outdated.
