I missed that the hotel’s amenities are at the end of the corridor, and the only issue was having to dress as we went there. Three bathrooms for seven rooms, very clean. Plus a shared kitchen with fridge and microwave. It’s a family‑run hotel with a responsive, friendly host who speaks good English. Five minutes from the metro and market, 15 from the station. The China‑Town area is fairly quiet despite the exotic crowd, and the windows face the patio. There are plenty of late‑night shops and cafés opening at six in the morning. I’d gladly stay again if I’m in Rome. The mattress is too soft, though it’s king‑size, and the lift never stops. After eight in the evening, we had to pay an extra 30 € for check‑in, and the host only opens until midnight—don’t book if you’re unsure you’ll make it. The courtyard entrance will be closed, and the overall price is a bit high for the shared bathroom, but it’s offset by cheap dining options. Bring slippers and pajamas.

I’ve stayed in super luxurious spots before, and I always say that beyond services and amenities, what makes a place great is how it makes you feel through the treatment. This place makes you feel truly at home, especially when you’re with a 2‑year‑old baby. We’ll always be grateful to the owner, who is always attentive and helpful. The location is spectacular, just steps from Roma Termini and within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions. The room is very spacious and clean, the bathrooms are always spotless, and the common areas are also well maintained.
