“Si puedes, elige otro”
The location was very good, next to Gran Vía, but after agreeing on a check‑in time, I called the number given, sent a WhatsApp, and no one answered; they hung up. After an hour and a half waiting, I called again and was told not to worry because the keys would arrive in two minutes. Unacceptable. In the rooms everything could be heard; in mine there was a huge noise all night, probably from a climate control unit in the courtyard, making it impossible to sleep. If you can, choose somewhere else; I travel a lot and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed.
I was handed four keys: two for the portal, one for the main door, and one for my room. When I arrived, I had no trouble getting out for a walk, but by 00:20 I returned to find the main door closed, the one that led to my room, and they didn’t give me the key. I spent over 40 minutes calling and knocking, and only a fellow guest opened it for me—otherwise I’d have spent the whole night at the floor entrance.
I couldn't ask for a better spot in the heart of Madrid. However, both my partner and I had some of the worst sleeps we've ever had on the provided bed; if you’re a solid sleeper it’s fine, but otherwise it’s a problem.

The place is well maintained. The elevator sometimes malfunctions, but that didn’t bother me.

Check‑in was easy, the location was very clean, and overall it was great.
