The staff were polite and supplied the hospitality materials, but the AC was poor, breakfast was advertised on Booking but there was no restaurant at the lodge, the room could be larger, and an extra bed should be available for children.

The location is great and the rooms are very clean.

The room and bathroom were clean, and hot water was available 24 hours in the bathroom. However, the hotel’s parking is behind the building with a very narrow pathway, making it tough for guests with large cars. At night there was only one staff member, who never helped us carry our luggage to the room. The towel we received was stained, the AC was set at 18 and we couldn’t adjust it, and there was no proper quilt to keep us warm while sleeping.
