“We had so much fun. Great Location.”

We asked to stay together in the 4‑Bed Female Dorm and the room was great, with hanging space and soft mattresses. The staff and other backpackers were friendly. The location was great and it was easy to catch a bus to the Convention Centre. There were plenty of fridges, and the shower and toilet were clean with lovely warm water and privacy. A cat was present for those with cat allergies, and it stays outside mostly. The kitchen was okay, but the area around the basin had perished.

Location, own parking lot. Everything else: dirty, cockroaches, broken showers, smelly dirty beds, crowded rooms, horrible bunk beds.

“My first horrible experience”

I was disappointed from the moment I arrived because everything looked filthy—floors were dirty, beds were unclean and creaked whenever I shifted them, and the stairs had no lift so I had to haul my suitcase up. I felt uneasy about the other guests and unsafe overall. The toilets and bathrooms were also unsanitary, which made me decide to leave before sleeping and book a better hostel instead. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
