“Comfortable stay in pretty hotel”

The rooms and bathrooms were very pretty, and having them interconnected was a nice touch for our family. The restaurant was extremely good, and the staff were lovely. However, the pool looked unfinished because it seemed some water was missing and the fountain was off, giving the impression that they had started refilling and stopped midway. The garden could use more tidying, and the bamboo structure needs renovation. Stray dogs can wander in freely, which is something to be aware of. The restaurant gets very busy and stays open late, and because it faces the open‑air dining area, we could hear everything from our rooms, making it hard to sleep before 11 pm.

“Très agréables”

The restaurant menu didn’t feature any Indonesian dishes, which was a pity, though the surrounding restaurants were excellent.

“Prima verblijf, vriendelijk personeel, leuke diner plek”

The location was close to Crystal Bay and a good base for the West Tour (Broken Beach, Kelingking, etc.), so we skipped Crystal Beach after visiting it the day before and instead had lunch and a swim at the beach restaurant “Orca”; the hotel’s own restaurant was fine, and a few hundred meters away was another great spot, Kima Bay. It felt odd that the hotel grounds weren’t fully screened by a hedge or shrubs, and a neighboring pool offered a strange view, making the property feel unfinished and the own pool less inviting.

“Très bon séjour en famille”

The French restaurant is very good, the staff are attentive, and the family hotel has very few rooms (2). The prices are quite high.

The reception was fantastic and the staff were adorable, and the pool is great for kids! The restaurant offers very good quality food, though it might be a bit pricey. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thanks again to the whole team.
