The staff were drunk and didn’t give me a room, demanded extra money, and at midnight we had to find a new room; the staff were bad, drunk, and irresponsible.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel was still under renovation and parking had to be done on the street.

“Poor service and attitude”

I tried to explain my reservation to the staff upon arrival, but they didn’t speak English and ignored me; they overcharged me, which they later denied, and the lock on my room was faulty so I was moved to a different room that was very noisy. The fourth room was acceptable, yet the staff ignored me, stared at their phones, and gave me dirty looks. When my Indian guide arrived, their attitude changed. They claimed to have laundry services but wouldn’t do my laundry; the manager told me to do it myself, and after I finished, he offered me the washing machine to spin a pair of pants, but instead of spinning, the staff washed them repeatedly, leaving them soggy. The manager was argumentative and the staff seemed incompetent.
