The hotel was clean and beautiful, a public house in a rural part of England, with fantastic staff, a comfy bed, and great food at the restaurant. Many other hotels could learn from them. The only issue was a slight sewage smell coming from the river, but that’s typical of the countryside.

The dinner was enjoyable and the breakfast lovely, but the room felt a bit cramped if I had a partner, though it was fine for me alone.
