The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome in Marrakesh, we learned about some local culture and were treated to delicious tea. The rooms were well appointed, a good size, and great value for money! Because of the property’s location, taxis can’t go directly to or from the hotel, but that was only a minor inconvenience since it’s just a 5‑minute walk to the main road. Other than that we were very happy with our experience.

Excellent location in the medina. Ayoub was a very welcoming host and helped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend Riad Azawan and would definitely come again.

I stayed at the Riad and it was spotless, calm, and far from the city noise. The breakfast was excellent and Ayoub was very attentive to our needs. The only hiccup was locating the pre‑arranged driver; his sign was folded and we couldn’t spot it until we activated roaming and could message the Riad on WhatsApp.

The host Ayoub is very friendly and the breakfast was well prepared. The Riad is beautiful, the rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is phenomenally nice. He always asked if everything was fine and if I needed anything. The air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi work flawlessly. The location is okay; it takes a 30‑minute walk to the market. If you want extreme quiet and darkness, this is the place. Apart from the muezzin, the Riad is next to a mosque and very loud, which didn’t bother me but might for others. The Riad is very small with only four rooms and I felt I had no privacy. My room faced the courtyard and I couldn’t open the window. There is no pool. What bothered me most was that the trash wasn’t emptied during my three‑day stay.

Ayub was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and very clean. The room is small but has everything needed for the stay. The location is great for walking to the main attractions. The breakfast is spectacular and plentiful. The only drawback is that the proximity to the mosque means you wake up to the dawn prayer in the morning, which immerses you even more in the atmosphere.
