Location was good and car staff was great. The customer service extension and the room service extensions had staff who were not very helpful. It felt like they just wanted to be off the phone. There were also no menus in the room for room service or any other paperwork etc

The location was great, but the food at the restaurant was pricey.

I found the hotel easy to get to and the services were good, though the room felt clean and comfortable.

The hotel was nice and I appreciated that the bar restaurant stayed open late. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. The shower was weird – only half a pane of glass, so water splashed all over the floor no matter where I pointed the head, and there was no sugar for the coffee.
