The staff were pleasant and always ready to help, and the room was convenient, just a short walk from the metro.

The beds were really comfortable and the metro station was only a few minutes’ walk away, which was a plus. Finding the hotel, however, was a nightmare – the directions were vague and the staff weren’t very friendly. On top of that, they only provided disposable shower towels, which felt like a cheap afterthought.
