The breakfast was fine and the dinner was great, and the location was convenient. However, the lights in the room were broken and it took over an hour to replace them, and the staff could use more hospitality training.

The place is in a great spot and the quietness of the facility is superb, but the maintenance work happening there is not good.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, the meals were good, and there was enough space to store items in the wardrobe. On the downside, there were no hand towels in the bathrooms, the shower water pressure was low and one part of the shower was broken, the chair at the desk was uncomfortable, and the desk itself is too narrow.

Everything was very clean, the space was huge, the air‑con and TV were nice bonuses, and the little balcony was great. Breakfast was good, the staff were really nice and helpful, the apartment was awesome and the value was great. Nothing negative – it was perfect!
