I loved the people and the place, you’re welcomed even as a foreigner and feel like part of the family; I was sad to leave, like something was missing. The bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. I go to Kesennuma often and want to make this my base camp. Next time I’ll bring my own drinks from a convenience store.

The staff and other guests naturally started conversations. The bike storage and the stove‑based laundry and drying were gladly handled even for unusual requests. I couldn’t use the kitchen freely.
