The staff were available, especially since we had a 3‑hour delay caused by two stops in the Mont Blanc tunnel – very annoying for the establishment, but kudos to those people.

Cleanliness. The room had no balcony, was less than 20 m², had an old‑style coil mattress, and the shower was unusable. It was located on the main streets. The breakfast was not three‑star. The parking was great.

The owner was very friendly and the room was very spacious with a nice view of the mountains.

Honestly, I didn’t like anything at all. It feels like an abandoned hotel; upon arrival we had payment issues, the lady was not very kind or helpful, we had to ask for basic information such as breakfast, and during the night the temperature dropped to 10 °C with radiators completely off – the building is obviously dated, and the breakfast was nothing special. I would improve a lot, especially the hospitality.
