The staff were attentive and prepared, but the toiletries weren’t refilled in the room. I asked at reception and they said they would do it tomorrow, but they didn’t, and the next day it was still empty, so my request probably wasn’t recorded. Also, in the shower of the newly taken room there was a hair on the floor and on the wall. Long, female.

Beautiful surroundings, clean but still cozy interior spaces. Very attentive and friendly staff. Very pleasant attitude that so many young people got the chance. The only downside is that a small trash bin in the bathroom would be practical.

The wellness area and the low number of visitors were good, and the dinner dishes were very tasty. The carpet, wall and curtain were dirty. The staff didn’t give enough information, and we felt it was unfair that we were billed an extra hour for a few minutes over the half‑hour billiards session, when the opening of the billiards room and setting up the equipment justified the delay.
