The hotel was stunning and felt quite luxurious. The housekeeping crew was amazing—cleaned the room every day, always ready to maintain it, and supplied water, which was much appreciated! I liked that the Monkey Hill viewpoint was literally a 5‑minute walk, a beautiful jungle‑like hike with monkeys roaming freely. I would strongly suggest visiting that in the afternoon, then taking a swim in the pool.

The hotel has a pool about 20 m from the building that guests can use 24 hours a day. The pool is about 1 m deep but is suitable for swimming. Throughout the hotel, this is the only water source with the same temperature, which is refreshing.

I would not recommend coming here. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were terrible; we received a filthy room with heavy dust layers, hair, and mold everywhere. Even after we asked for a cleaning, nothing was really done—only the sheets were changed and trash thrown away. Mold was present in every corner of the hotel, visible from the balconies, and we could see it in all rooms. We then requested a different room because the mold level in the first one was excessive, but the new room also had mold. When we asked if there were mold‑free rooms, the staff said that was the case throughout the hotel. The photos on the website do not match reality at all. There is no security and the hotel is open to the street; anyone can enter and even get into the rooms. The safe is not wall‑mounted, so you can just take it and leave. The night staff do not understand English, which is absurd for a hotel that aims to attract tourists. The location is not great; the nearest Saban Ilben is a twenty‑minute walk away and the old town is a half‑hour walk. We were glad to leave the hotel and will never return, and I do not recommend anyone go there.
