“Udany krótki pobyt w Sarajewie.”
Breakfasts were modest but fresh and filling, the location is very good because it’s close to Sarajevo’s old center, and the best part is you can book a parking spot, of course for an extra fee but worth it. The service was very pleasant—highly recommended.
“Hər şey mükəmməl idi”
The staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned daily, and the main square was just a 3‑minute walk across the bridge. The place was great; we walked around everywhere on foot over two days.
“Fiyatına performansı genel olarak uygun görmedim. Çok daha iyi olmalı”
The hotel’s location was good, but we didn’t like much else about the place. The parking was problematic: only about 6‑7 spots, half of which belonged to another hotel. I parked in the other hotel’s area after the hotel staff pointed me there, and they found a chain on my car, fined me 25 Euro, and didn’t charge the parking fee. (We argued about it.) Because the two hotels share the parking, it’s essential to clearly mark whose area is whose. We had to talk to three different people to sort that out, which was exhausting. Breakfast was very mediocre, not good at all for me; everything was ready‑made and needs improvement. The rooms were tiny and had no balcony, and there were no sofas—just chairs.
“To nie jest hotel 4*”
The staff was very friendly and the location was great, but I’m not particularly satisfied with the stay. The hotel claims to be 4*, but it’s really a mid‑range 2‑3* property. Breakfasts are very weak—no hot options, poor product quality (especially the bread). There’s no elevator. Rooms and bathrooms are low‑standard. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again even though the location is superb. If it advertised itself as 2 or 3*, I wouldn’t be so disappointed, but compared to a 4* hotel in Mostar or Belgrade it falls very, very short.
“We had a wonderful stay, staff were great”
The place was clean and the location was great for getting to the city center, but if there were loud people in the hallways it could be a bit noisy.
