“Não se hóspedem lá! Muito caro e pra ficar ruim precisa melhorar muito!!!”

I stayed with my wife and son between 14 and 16/08/2026. I would have liked to read a sincere comment about this place before choosing this hotel. So traveler, TAKE ADVANTAGE: ON ARRIVAL: it wasn’t hard to find the hotel… BUT it is far from the city center, you can’t go to attractions or shops on foot, especially with a child. The hotel has a “good appearance” at first sight. Check‑in was smooth and the people who received us were friendly… BUT the good things ended there (unfortunately 😰). INSTALLATIONS: total DISAPPOINTMENT, summarises our move to the room. They took us from the front and led us to a place with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT appearance from the front. A corridor, narrow (claustrophobic) that was 1 m wide was very! There were also several “pull‑ups” with steps along the way. THE ROOM: horrific and without planning! The strange dimensions and masonry, nothing matched anything! Everything was old! Only the TV saved it, which was LED. The color of it looked like a green that seemed painted with CAL… windows that didn’t close properly, old air conditioning that didn’t work. There is no intercom communication with the reception. THE BATHROOM: traumatizing!!! There was a broken glass shelf below the mirror and we reported this to the reception (because it was dangerous, especially for those with children), and the staff informed us that it was to be calm, because it had been broken by a guest the previous week. 😱 The shower was acrylic, grimy and didn’t close properly! The space inside almost doesn’t fit a person (no exaggeration)! It exuded a very bad smell there, maybe from that padded toilet seat that absorbs liquids and splashes (🤢🤮), making hygiene difficult. The game room was dull and the balls for the game of totó were square balls (believe it!). BREAKFAST: VERY SIMPLE and poor in taste and quality! There were only 2 hours and it lacked variety and taste. The yogurt was TANG mixed with milk!!! 😱
