The staff were friendly and flexible, and breakfast was ample with plenty of options to satisfy any craving. The sauna area was great, featuring several different cabins, and the whirlpool was clean. However, the facilities felt outdated, and the hotel had been a four‑star property for a long time. An extra 18 € was charged for our dog, but upon checking the room we noticed the balcony had not been cleaned in ages, the grounds were neglected, and the aluminum railings clearly needed maintenance. That made the dog fee seem excessive, and the mat on the floor was worn and should have been replaced.
