The staff were great, especially Martin and Roland, who were friendly, helpful, and smiling; they guided us through everything and made us feel welcome. The food was very good with large portions, and I have nothing to complain about. I wish the guys here would stay longer and not lose them 😉😊.

Everything was amazing and cozy, a truly memorable experience 🥳🥳🥳, though there was a slight odor in the bathroom.

The room's interior and mattress quality were fine. However, the room size and furniture layout were inadequate, there were no night lamps, no bathroom in the room, staff access was limited, Wi‑Fi kept dropping, the phone signal was weak, breakfast prices were high, the stairs were steep and slippery, the elevator was broken, the terrace view was obstructed, the staff seemed distant, and the restaurant music was loud.

A stunning place with incredibly kind staff regarding accommodation and the restaurant; the dinner after arrival was excellent and the breakfast delivered to the door in a basket was the cherry on top. I felt like I was in a fairy tale and would definitely return 🍀😊.
