We appreciated the location, the room’s size, and its old‑world elegance; Angelo was very friendly and helpful. The front desk and ice machine were missing, and taxis wouldn’t come to the door. There’s no elevator, but Angelo provided a stair‑climber for luggage. The property shows its age with ceiling stains and wallpaper flaws, yet I’d stay again.
